Made-to-Order Policy

All Clothed in Kindness items are made to order.

Because of this, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Not liking the fit
  • Not liking the product after receiving it

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If we make a mistake, we will make it right.

If your item arrives:

  • With a significant printing defect
  • Physically damaged
  • Or you received the wrong item

Please email connect@pyleofgoodness.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund

In most cases, we may ask that you donate the defective item locally rather than return it. We will provide instructions if needed.


No Unauthorized Returns

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
