We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Online Store Terms

You agree that:

  • You will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • You will not violate any applicable laws in your use of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Products & Orders

All products are made to order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Update product descriptions at any time

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be perfectly accurate.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

All Clothed in Kindness products are made to order.

Because production begins shortly after purchase, cancellation requests are only considered within 24 hours of placing your order.

If production has already begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

Once an item has entered production or fulfillment, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded except as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, email connect@pyleofgoodness.com and include your order number.


5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

Clothed in Kindness does not store full credit card details.

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun.

Refunds and replacements are governed by our posted Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Once an order is transferred to a carrier, delivery performance is outside our direct control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, designs, graphics, product artwork, text, and branding — is the property of Clothed in Kindness or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without written permission.

Unauthorized use of our designs or branding is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Clothed in Kindness and Pyle of Goodness LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers
  • Errors outside our reasonable control

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the website is to discontinue use.
