Production & Delivery Time

All Clothed in Kindness items are made to order.

Once your order is placed, it enters a production queue with our print partners. Because of this, orders typically arrive within:

10–14 business days

Some orders may ship sooner. During high-volume periods, production may take longer.

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Production queue volume
  • Print partner processing times
  • Shipping carrier performance
  • Holidays or peak seasons

If you have not received your order after 14 business days, please contact us at connect@pyleofgoodness.com and include your order number.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.

We do not currently offer free shipping.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow time for tracking updates once the carrier receives your package.


Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Clothed in Kindness is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Packages returned due to address errors

If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away. We cannot guarantee changes once production begins.
